Service Provider (Contractor): _______________________________, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”, and
Client: __________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the “Client”, have entered into this Agreement as follows:
1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide photo and video shooting services, including drone, 360° camera, and action camera filming, as well as editing and post-production of the captured material, according to the package selected by the Client. The Client undertakes to accept and pay for the services rendered.
1.2. Shooting will be carried out according to the technical requirements and terms agreed upon by the Parties.
2. SERVICE PACKAGES AND PRICE2.1. The Client shall select one of the following packages (description and price according to the commercial proposal):

2.2. The service price is fixed and specified in the currency agreed upon by the Parties.
2.3. A deposit of _____% of the selected package price shall be paid upon signing this Agreement. The remaining balance shall be paid no later than ___ days before the shooting date.
3. ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
3.1. If shooting takes place in another city or country, all travel expenses (airfare, transfers), accommodation, and meals for the Contractor shall be covered by the Client.
3.2. These expenses must be agreed upon in advance and paid in addition to the package price.
4. DELIVERY TERMS
4.1. Final materials shall be delivered within 30 (thirty) business days from the shooting date.
4.2. If delivery is delayed due to the Client’s fault (failure to provide comments, lack of communication), the completion date will be extended by the length of the delay.
5. RIGHTS AND USAGE OF MATERIALS
5.1. Upon full payment, all exclusive rights to the final materials are transferred to the Client.
5.2. The Contractor has the right to use selected materials in their portfolio, on their website, and on social media, provided that this does not violate any confidentiality agreements.
5.3. Crediting the Contractor when publishing materials on social media is encouraged but not mandatory.
6. REVISIONS AND EDITING
6.1. The Client is entitled to three (3) free editing revisions.
6.2. Any additional revisions beyond this amount will be charged separately according to the Contractor’s rates.
7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIESThe Contractor shall:

• Perform the shooting within the agreed timeframe and scope.
• Use functioning equipment and comply with technical standards.
• Deliver materials in the agreed format.

The Client shall:

• Provide full information about the event, schedule, and key moments.
• Ensure access to the location and obtain necessary shooting permissions (including drone usage).
• Make payments in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

8. LIMITATIONS AND RISKS8.1. The Contractor shall not be held liable for:

• adverse weather conditions;
• technical restrictions of the location;
• refusal of guests/participants to be filmed;
• prohibition of drone flights by law or local regulations;
• loss or damage to materials due to reasons beyond the Contractor’s control.

9. STORAGE OF MATERIALS
9.1. Raw footage and final files are stored by the Contractor for 3 (three) months from the date of delivery to the Client.
9.2. After this period, materials may be deleted without prior notice.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
The Parties shall be released from liability for failure to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement if such failure is caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, military actions, epidemics, government restrictions, etc.).
11. MISCELLANEOUS
11.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
11.2. This Agreement enters into force upon signing by both Parties.
